How Gas Burners work
The most commonly used and simplest burners of Iran Radiator are the gas burners.
Gas burners have a straightforward operation. The way they work is that natural gas passes through a filter to reach the nozzle tip. Upon mixing with air and with the activation of the ignition transformer, it becomes a flame.
The safety of Iran Radiator’s gas burners is very high. They automatically shut off if a malfunction occurs at any stage.
Main Components of Iran Radiator’s Gas Burner
Electric Valve:
The electric or magnetic valve is placed in the gas pathway to create an optimal flame. Its role is to gradually and gently open the gas path until the flame stabilizes.
Gas Pressure Control Switch:
If the incoming gas pressure is lower than normal, the gas pressure control switch closes the electric valve, preventing gas inflow.
Air Pressure Control Switch:
Just as incoming gas to the burner is controlled, the incoming air pressure to the burner is monitored by the air pressure control switch. The air, supplied by a fan to the burner, must be sufficient for combustion. When the required air is supplied by the fan, a confirmation command is issued from the air pressure control switch to the burner relay. Otherwise, the burner turns off.
Gas Burner Control Relay:
The most crucial part of the gas burner is the control relay since all commands are sent to the relay. If all stages of the process are correct, the burner is turned on; otherwise, it turns off.
Ion:
For flame control in Iran Radiator’s gas burners, an ion system is utilized. However, in diesel or dual-fuel burners, a photocell or “eye” system is used.
Spark Electrodes or Ignition Transformer:
After all input processes are verified to be correct, the burner relay sends a combustion command to the spark electrodes.
